Manufacture

In manufacture projects, there are primarily two dashboards:

  • Global Status: It shows the status of production lines and their alarms.

  • KPI: It shows measured data from all sensors of a machine. This information is grouped according to their units of measurement into the following categories: velocity, acceleration and temperature.

Global Status

Global Status dashboard displays the production line’s condition through the following widgets:

  • Overall status: It indicates the latest status value, within the specified time range, for each machine or production line.

  • Health status history: It indicates the historical status values for each machine or production line over the specified time range.

  • Active alarms status: It indicates the number of alarms without an end date within the specified time range, grouped by severity level.

  • Alarms history: It indicates the number of alarms activated each day over the specified time range, grouped by severity level.

  • Alarms table: It displays a table with information related to all activated alarms over the specified time range. It includes details such as the asset affected by the alarm, the alarm name, activation date, completion date and severity level.

KPI

KPI dashboard displays information collected by the sensors in a machine through the following widgets:

  • Last measure: It indicates the exact moment of the last data collected by the sensors.

  • Velocity analysis: It indicates the latest measured value, within the specified time range, for each velocity sensor.

  • Acceleration analysis: It indicates the latest measured value, within the specified time range, for each acceleration sensor.

  • Temperature: It indicates the latest measured value, within the specified time range, for each temperature sensor.

  • Overall history (daily AVG): It indicates the historical overall values for each velocity sensor, over the specified time range.

  • Last Overall: It indicates the latest measured overall value, within the specified time range, for each velocity sensor.
