We would like to inform you of the following important change regarding the platform login:
Regardless of whether you log in using the form or one of the social networks (Google or Microsoft), from now on only organizations' accounts can be used to access the platform.
The above change implies the following:
It will be necessary for the organization providing the mail account to authorize the use of our MonoM application.
When you log in for the first time, a message similar to the following will probably be displayed::
ACCESS PROBLEMS
If you had previously accessed the platform and after this change you have access problems, it is likely that you should delete the cookies and/or cache that the browser has stored while browsing the platform. Depending on the browser you are using, you can delete them as follows:
IN FIREFOX
Click on the padlock icon at the left of the browser address bar and select the option "Clear cookies and site data...":
In the confirmation dialog box that opens, click on "Remove":

IN GOOGLE CHROME
Click on the padlock icon at the left of the browser address bar and select the option "Cookies and site data":
Select the option "Manage cookies and site data":
Click on the trash icon of "app.monom.ai" and then click on "Done":
