Feedback Section
The feedback you provide is essential, since reporting any failure or error you detect will help us to give a proper treatment to your data and will allow MonoM's AI to help you to deal with failures in your assets in the most accurate way.
We have already seen in other sections of the guide that you can give feedback from different places in the mobile app, such as in the asset detail or in the alarms section. But, as a shortcut, you always have available the "Feedback" button in the bottom menu. Tapping on it you will acces the Feedback section, where you can give feedback on assets in a very quick and easy way.
To access it, click on the bottom menu button:
You will see a message explaining the importance of feedback on the MonoM platform, tap on the "Give feedback" button.
The form with all the information necessary for you to send feedback on the asset on which you have detected an error or failure will be opened. Non-required fields are marked with the caption (optional).
You will be able to select the asset, the failure mode, its severity, the date range of the error or failure. And optionally you can select the related properties, as well as add a comment or related images.
Once you have finished filling out the form, click on "Send feedback" and all your feedback information will be registered.
