Follow-up assets

If you need to follow-up on the status and data of specific assets, you can mark them to make them more accessible. By doing so, a list of tracked assets will be created above the assets tree, which will make it easier for you to reach those assets faster.

When you mark assets to be followed up, a list will be displayed above the asset tree,
grouping them together for easier access.

Each asset has this icon that allows you to add it to assets under follow-up. Navigate to the asset you wish to mark and you will be able to locate the icon on the upper right side:

When you click on the icon, you will see that it changes from gray to blue, indicating that you have just added it to the assets under follow-up. You will also notice that a new list is created above the assets tree, where you can always find the marked asset and any others you add:

In addition, hovering the mouse over the icon of a selected asset displays the date from which the asset is marked for follow-up:

Whenever there are assets under follow-up you can find them in the list at the top of the assets tree. If you want any of the assets to stop appearing there, you have to select that asset and click again on the icon to unmark it.

If at any moment you need the asset tree to occupy more space, you can hide the list of assets under follow-up by clicking on the arrow. To show it again, click on the arrow icon again.
