Data flows groups
Direct properties group
Complex properties can be organized in different groups, however, direct properties will always be added to the same group.
This group will always be at the bottom, as shown in the image, where you can see two groups of complex properties (the first one in compact mode) and the direct properties group in lighter blue color and marked with the name "Direct Properties (without operators)":
Â
You can access different actions of the group by clicking on the 3-dot icon at the top right:
Â
Collapse group. When this option is selected, the group is displayed in compact mode, hiding the data flows and showing only the header with the group title and the number of inputs and outputs inside. Being able to collapse groups can help you work more comfortably when your asset has many groups. You can also collapse/open a group by clicking on the header.
Add new input. You can also add new feeds to the direct properties group by selecting this option from the menu or by clicking on the "+" button in the INPUTS column.
Delete group. If you delete the group you will lose all the dataflows and properties you have created within it and you will have to go through the whole creation process again.
Â
Complex properties group
Each time you add a new complex property you can also create a new group or choose an existing one in which to place it.
To organize this type of properties in different groups can help you if you have created very complex data flows or if you need to create a lot of properties.
