For the fulfillment of the purposes described below, we process identifying, contact and location data, commercial and financial data, as well as academic and professional experience data.

Purposes

Data will be processed to manage requests of contact and information, as well as to manage the registration process within the Website and/or the contractual relationship with us.
Likewise, data will be processed for sending, including through electronic means, service communications as well as commercial communications about products and services offered by the Data Controller.

Transfer of data

Data Controller will not transfer personal data to third parties unless strictly necessary to comply with the contractual relationship, in compliance with a legal obligation or with the user´s prior authorization.
Applicants information will be shared with the Offerors for whose job offer/s the Applicant applies.

Term

Data are processed during the term of the relationship with us and, once ended, during the limitation periods of the obligations arising from the data processing.

Regarding users subscribed to our commercial communications, we will process their data until they decide to unsubscribe or cancel the subscription.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing the data are the consent, the execution of the contractual relationship, the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in keeping the professional contact and market its services and/or the compliance with legal obligations.

Rights

Users may exercise the rights recognized in the current data protection law by sending a written communication to the Data Controllers through the contact details indicated above.
If a user does not wish to receive commercial communications from the Data Controller, he/she can object or request the withdrawal at any time, by sending a request to the email addresses shown above. Likewise, he/she will be able to unsubscribe or cancel the subscription by using the mechanism included within each commercial communication received.
Users have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es) when they consider that the processing of their personal data violates the applicable regulations.

Account Deletion

The user has the right to request the complete deletion of his account from the Platform. To exercise this right, the user must access the application in any of its supports and, in the configuration drop-down, select the option to request the deletion of his account. Once the cancellation is requested, an email will be sent to the address associated with the registered account, with a confirmation link. The deletion request will not be effective until the user confirms their desire to delete the account by clicking on the confirmation link.

Upon receipt of the confirmation of the deletion request, Monom has thirty (30) days to proceed with the effective deletion of the account, subject to the provisions of this clause. This period may be extended, in accordance with the conditions set forth in the applicable legislation on data protection, for a period not exceeding thirty (30) additional days, when the complexity of the request so requires.

After the user confirms the request for deletion of his account, in accordance with the limits and conditions contained in this clause, Monom will proceed to delete the account and all personal data associated with that account, with the exception of those data necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations or for the exercise or defense of legal claims. This data will include the audit trail of actions performed by the user during their use of the platform, such as setting alarms. The retention of this data shall be limited to the period necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations or for the period prescribed by the relevant legislation.

Monom may refuse to execute the deletion request, or execute it partially, in accordance with the provisions of this clause or when there is a legitimate interest or other legal provision in this regard, leading to the preservation of the account and/or the data linked to it, in whole or in part.
