This Widget presents all the measurements obtained in a machine snapshot in the matrix form, displaying the parameters measured in each dynamic point, as well as the measurements of its static points, its alarm condition and machine status. This Widget allows the user to have a global view of all the data associated with the asset at a given time, and provides quick access to the capture history through its navigation and data visualization tools.

It also allows access to the spectrum and waveform measurements of the snapshot, in case it contains such measurements in any of its dynamic points. For these snapshots, the matrix will show a symbol next to the parameters whose spectrum or waveform measurement is obtained.

Not all machine snapshots contain spectrum and waveform data. Due to measurement size, it is common to store them less frequently than the other measurements in the snapshot.

Funcionality

Widget components and operation are described below.

Icon

Name

Description

Play/Pause

Play button allows to put the widget in online mode, automatically updating the last measurements taken by the acquisition hardware. Pause button stops the online mode, so the Widget will stop updating the values taken by the hardware.

Previous

Displays the measurement previous the widget visualization of those stored in the database.

Next

Displays the measurement after the widget visualization of those stored in the database.

Timeline

It displays the acquisition history timeline, which provides quick and easy access to the measurements recorded on a given date.

Spectrum/Waveform

This symbol is displayed next to the measurements in case the capture has stored the spectrum and/or waveform of the acquisition mode from which the parameter was calculated, informing the user of this circumstance.

At the top left, the date and time of the measurements displayed in the matrix are shown. The corresponding background color indicates the machine alarm condition.

Configuration

The Widget, once created, must be configured to select the data source and display options. To do so, select the Configuration icon, located in the upper right corner.

The following window shows the configuration options:

Field

Description

Máquina
(machine)

Selects the machine whose measurements will be displayed in the widget.

Componentes
(components)

Selects the machine of the measurements displayed in the widget.

Actualizar tendencias en
(update trends in)

Select the widget in which the trend of the matrix parameter will be presented by clicking on it, or by pressing enter after getting the focus. The selectable presents the list of trending widgets on the desktop.

Actualizar forma de onda en
(update waveform in)

Select the Widget in which the waveform will be presented when clicking on a parameter of the matrix, or pressing Enter after obtaining the focus. The waveform will correspond to the acquisition point and mode belonging to the parameter, and to the date of the capture displayed by the matrix. The selectable displays the list of waveform widgets on the desktop.

Mostrar unidades
(show units)

Displays the units of measurement along with the values of each parameter of the matrix.

Tamaño de la fuente
(font size)

Displays the units of measurement along with the values of each parameter of the matrix.

Play por defecto
(default play)

Enables the widget play option every time the desktop is presented. This option causes the matrix values to update automatically as new measurements are taken by the acquisition hardware.

Mostrar toolbar
(show toolbar)

Displays the widget toolbar at all times. This toolbar is always displayed when maximized. When not maximized it will be displayed depending on what is selected in this option.
