The purpose of viewing your asset from the mobile app is to provide you with all your asset information in real time in an easy way. But you will not be able to edit this information from here. All asset information is created and edited from the web platform and can only be done by users with access and editing permissions. This is what you will be able to do from the mobile app with respect to your asset:

By tapping on the "View asset" button of any asset in the inventory, you will enter all its information:
Once inside the asset, you will be able to see all its information divided into different areas of the screen:
General information about the asset
In the header, the asset name is shown and, on the left of it, the circle with the color indicating its health status:
Gray: Alarms are not configured, so their health status cannot be calculated.
Green: Everything is OK, i.e. there are no active alarms on any of the assets.
Pink: There are one or more low severity alarms on the asset and/or its child assets and this is the worst severity of those alarms*.
Yellow: There are one or more medium severity alarms on the asset and/or its child assets and this is the worst severity of such alarms*.
Orange: There are one or more high severity alarms on the asset and/or its child assets and this is the worst severity of such alarms*.
Red: There are one or more critical severity alarms on the asset and/or its child assets and this is the worst severity of such alarms*.
Below the header are the breadcrumbs, which show the path or level within which the asset is located. If this path is long, it will only show the asset that is on the first level (i.e. its first parent) and the one that is just one level above (i.e. its direct parent). These breadcrumbs are clickable and will navigate to any of these levels if you tap on any of them.
Below the breadcrumbs is the rest of the asset's general information::

Asset name
Asset ID. Unique ID that identifies the asset.
Information of its child assets. If there are assets within it, the type and number are indicated.
Access to its assets. If there are assets inside it (child assets) the arrow icon will be displayed to access them. If there are no child assets, the icon will not appear.
View information
Para ver la información a detalle del activo, clica en el botón “Ver información“:
Se abrirá una pantalla en donde, además de información general (tipo de activo, icono del tipo de activo, nombre y ID), podrás encontrar información más detallada:
Tags
Si el activo cuenta con etiquetas, estas se muestran debajo de la información general, cada una sobre un fondo de color azul. En la imagen de abajo las etiquetas son “DEMO“, “LAB“ y “MADRID“.
Asset description
Se muestra un resumen de la descripción, en caso de haberla. Al hacer clic en “Ampliar descripción“ verás la descripción completa, además de los datos del usuario que dio de alta el activo y la fecha en la que su información se edito por última vez.
“Static prop.“ tab
Número y detalle de las propiedades estáticas que forman parte del activo.
“Dynamic prop.“ tab
Número y detalle de las propiedades dinámicas que forman parte del activo.
“Files“ tab
Número y detalle de los archivos que forman parte del activo. Además de poder ver y descargar los archivos ya incluídos, podrás subir nuevos haciendo clic en el botón “+ Añadir archivo“.
Alerts
Para ver las alertas del activo, clica en el botón “Alertas“:
Se abrirá una pantalla en donde, además de información general (tipo de activo, icono del tipo de activo, nombre y ID), podrás encontrar información de cada una de las alertas del activo.
Cada una de las alertas cuenta con la siguiente información:
Nombre de la alarma. Nombre que identifica a la alarma que se ha generado.
Máxima severidad. Refleja la máxima severidad que se dio durante el tiempo que duró la alarma o la máxima severidad que se ha alcanzado en caso de continuar en estado “Activo“.
Estado. Si la alarma no tiene aún fecha de fin aparecerá con el estado “Activo”. En caso de tenerla, aparecerá con el estado “Finalizado“.
Reconocimiento. Cuando una alerta no está reconocida, se muestra el botón “Reconocer“. Una vez que está reconocida, este botón se sustituye por el que permite dar feedback y, además, se muestra la etiqueta “Reconocida“ en el extremo superior derecho.
Puedes filtrar o buscar alertas en particular utilizando el campo de búsqueda, el filtro de fecha o haciendo clic en el icono para abrir más filtros disponibles.
Además de poder de reconocer o dar feedback de forma individual sobre cada alerta, también puedes hacerlo sobre varias alertas a la vez haciendo clic en el botón “Reconocer“ o en el botón “Dar feedback“.
Si clicas en “Reconocer“ se mostrarán una ventana para que selecciones todas las alertas que quieras reconocer (solo aquellas que aún no se ha reconocido). Cuando termines tu selección, haz clic en “reconocer“. Se abrirá una pequeña ventana emergente de confirmación. Al hacer clic en “Continuar“ las alertas que hayas seleccionado pasarán al estado “Reconocida“.
Si pulsas el botón “Dar feedback“ se mostrarán una ventana para que selecciones todas las alertas aobre las que puedes dar feedback, es decir, aquellas alertas que ya estén reconocidas. Cuando termines tu selección, haz clic en “Dar feedback“. Se abrirá el formulario a rellenar para que puedas enviar tu feedback.
Give feedback
Puedes proporcinar feedback sobre un activo o sobre una o varias de sus alertas. El feedback que proporciones es muy importante, ya que al reportar cualquier fallo o error que detectes nos ayudarás a darle un tratamiento adecuado a tus datos y a que la IA de MonoM te ayude a anteponerte a fallos en tus activos de una forma cada vez más correcta.
Feedback sobre activo
Si necesitas dar feedback sobre algún dato o fallo del activo, haz clic en el botón “Dar feedback“ en la pantalla principal del detalle del activo:
Se abrirá el formulario para que proporciones toda la información necesaria para enviar tu feedback a la plataforma. La inforción que no es obligatoria se marca con la leyenda “(opcional)“
Feedback sobre alertas
Si quieres dar feedback sobre las alertas de tu activo, hemos visto anteriormente que puedes hacerlo desde la sección “Alertas“ del detalle del activo, en la cual se muesta el listado de las alertas de dicho activo. Puedes dar feedback individualmente o sobre varias alertas. En ambos caso se abrirá el siguiente formulario:
Una vez que hayas terminado de rellenar el formulario, clica en “Enviar feedback“.
Dashboard
Dentro de el detalle de cada uno de tus activo, existe un área llamada “Dashboard” en donde puedes agregar widgets con diferentes gráficas que te ayuden a visualizar y analizar los datos de tu activo y conocer más tanto acerca de su estado actual, como de sus datos históricos.

Tags
If the asset has labels, they are shown below the general information, each one on a blue background. In the image below the labels are "DEMO", "LAB" and "MADRID".
Asset description
If the asset has a description, a summary of it is displayed. By clicking on "Expand description" you will see the complete description, as well as the data of the user who registered the asset and the date when its information was last edited.

Number and list of static properties that are part of the asset.
“Dynamic prop.“ tab
Number and list of the dynamic properties that are part of the asset.
“Files“ tab
Number and details of the files that are part of the asset. In addition to being able to view and download the files already included, you will be able to upload new ones by clicking on the "+ Add file" button.
Alerts
To view the asset's alerts, click on the "Alerts" button:
In the screen that opens you will find, in addition to general information (asset type, asset type icon, name, ID, tags), the list of asset alerts:
Each of the alerts has the following information:
Alarm name. Name that identifies the alarm that has been generated.
Maximum severity. Reflects the maximum severity that occurred during the time the alarm lasted or the maximum severity that has been reached in the case of continuing in "Active" status.
Status. If the alarm does not yet have an end date, it will appear with the status "Active". If it does, it will appear with the status " Finished".
Alert recognition. When an alert is not recognized, the "Recognize" button is shown. Once it is recognized, this button is replaced by the one that allows giving feedback and, in addition, the label "Recognized" is shown in the upper right corner.
Feedback. Before being able to give feedback on the alert, it is necessary to recognize it. Therefore, the "Give feedback" button will appear once it is recognized.
You can filter or search for particular alerts using the search field, the date filter or by clicking on the icon to open more available filters.
In addition to being able to recognize or give feedback individually on each alert, you can also do so on several alerts at once by tapping on the "Recognize" button or on the "Give feedback" button.
Tapping on "Recognize" will open a window for you to select all the alerts that you want to recognize (only those that have not yet been recognized). When you have finished your selection, tap on "Recognize". A small confirmation pop-up will open. When you tap on "Continue" the alerts you have selected will switch to "Recognized" status.
If you tap the "Give feedback" button, a window will be displayed for you to select all the alerts that you can give feedback on, that is, those alerts that are already recognized. When you have finished your selection, tap on "Give feedback". This will open the form you have to fill in so that you can send your feedback.
Give feedback
You can provide feedback on an asset or on one or more of its alerts. The feedback you provide is very important, since by reporting any failure or error you detect you will help us to treat your data properly and help MonoM's AI to help you deal with failures in your assets in a more accurate way.
Feedback on an asset
If you need to provide feedback on any asset data or failure, tap on the “Give feedback“ button on the main asset detail screen:
This will open the form to provide all the necessary information to send your feedback to the platform. Information that is not required is marked with the legend "(optional)".
Feedback on alerts
If you want to give feedback on your asset's alerts, we have seen above that you can do so from the "Alerts" section of the asset detail, which shows the list of alerts for that asset. You can give feedback individually or on several alerts at the same time. In both cases the following form will be opened:
Once you finished filling out the form, tap on the “Send feedback” button.
Dashboard
Within the detail of each of your assets, there is an area called "Dashboard" where you can add widgets with different graphs to help you visualize and analyze the data of your asset and learn more about its current status and historical data.
