In this section you will learn how to:

  • Consult, organize and interact with your assets with the help of the 3 available views:

    • Tree. Build a hierarchical representation of your assets to shape your digital twin.

    • Layout. Relates the assets that are part of the same hierarchical level (the one created in the tree).

    • List. Visualize and manage your assets in a traditional list format.

  • If you wish, you can customize your assets by adding more information such as images, files, or static properties.

The asset inventory can be accessed and managed from 2 different views, each one allowing Once you add assets to your inventory, you will be able to view and manage them from the 3 available views, each of which allows you to perform different actions more efficiently:

Tree view

In this view, you can create and organize your assets inventory. Drag and drop your created assets to give them the desired order and hierarchy.

The final purpose is to build a tree representation of your digital twin that will be used to navigate through the assets' data and visualizations in your dashboards.

List view

Here you can create, view, and manage your assets inventory in a list.

Review your created assets by sorting them by name or type, or perform bulk actions in a more efficient way, such as deleting or duplicating several assets at once.

Search and filter assets

Assets can be searched and filtered from either view (tree or list) through the toolbar options:

You can search by asset name using the search field in the toolbar:

You can access the available filters by clicking on the filter icon:

The icon will open a panel, where you can filter by asset type, tags, or related files:

When you enter the inventory, it will be displayed by default in the tree view, but you can switch at any time to any of the other two by selecting the desired view in the top bar.
